This Deburring Tool with External Chamfer for Drills was designed to help you with this problem. It is made of extremely durable stainless steel and is equipped with 3 sharp blades as well as a triangular/hexagonal shaft that prevents slipping during use with the drill. It is designed to remove burrs from various threads or pipe ends so that the nut can effortlessly slide over the screw.

FEATURES

FAST SCREW PROCESSING: The deburring tool for the external chamfer can quickly shape the tip of rusty or damaged screws into a tapered form, allowing the nut to be attached quickly without having to replace costly and hard-to-obtain fasteners. This saves a lot of money, especially on tight screws that won't budge.
DIVERSE APPLICATION OPTIONS: This product offers two different grip options: triangle and hexagon, which can be used for different types of drills. The head has a tapered shape that allows repairs to be made for a wide range of different screw sizes.
SAFE AND EASY WORKING WITH THE DRILL: The application is simple by selecting the lowest speed of the drill and then applying gentle pressure to remove the burrs from the screw. The thoughtful and safe design ensures that there are no cuts, sparks, or burns.
SUITABLE FOR THE SIZE OF SCREW PIPES: Suitable for sizes: 8-32 screws (.164) to 3/4''-10 (.750) - (0.16-0.75 inches). Works effectively on stainless steel, hardened steel, soft steel, copper, brass, aluminum, fiberglass, wood, and plastic, whether they are threaded or not. It can also be used as a bottle opener.
EXOTIC SUPER HARD STEEL: Made from extremely durable stainless steel with three sharp blades, giving it high strength and hardness for a long lifespan.
