We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen delays due to carrier issues or peak shipping seasons may occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping – We cover the shipping costs for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. All our products are delivered directly to your home 100% free of charge.
Shipping & Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can track your order at any time on our order tracking page. If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 days, please reach out to us at support@kalsten.com.
